William Thomas Bratby, age 86, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, January 15, 2018. Born on June 23, 1931 in Hammersmith, England, he was the son of the late William D. and Edith (Fitchett) Bratby. William married the love of his life, June Irene Grange, on January 1st, 1954 in London, England. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2010.
Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Boucher-Fegley and her husband, Patrick of Carmel, Indiana; his sisters, Lynn Bratby, Doreen Durden and June(Vic) Cleave of England; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in America as well as the United Kingdom. Proceeding William in death were his wife; parents; brothers, Pat and Tony Bratby and sister, Joyce Scott.
William was a kind and loving husband and father. He could always make everyone laugh, and was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be sorely missed.

We have lost a longtime beloved friend and will miss him very much. Wherever Willie was
there was always laughter he was that type of person.
He and his wife June were some of the best friends anyone could have.
