Tom McFadden says
To all of Bill’s siblings, children and grandchildren and especially his wife, Carol, please accept the condolences of myself and my family at the passing of my cousin and friend, Billy Ray. Although we have not seen each other often as adults I still have a warm place in my heart for Bill from our youth. I regret that I will not be able to travel to Indy for the funeral as I have been laid up from a bad fall for the last six months. Love to all.
Charlotte (McFadden) Walters says
