William D. Elliott, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away July 5, 2018 after a long battle with MS. He was born May 15, 1956, in Kingsport, Tennessee. The family has requested no services at this time but has requested memorial donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at https://secure.nationalmssociety.org.
