My condolences to your entire family on the loss of your loved one.
I am MaryAnn Berg Yates cousin, her parents were my aunt & uncle, as well as my godparents.
My thoughts & prayers go out to you at this time. I know how difficult this time is for you, as our family just lost my sister in July after a long illness.
I would also like to add a Thank You for Bill’s service to our Country. He & my brother, John were in the Marines & Vietnam during the same time. I’m very proud of their service.

Cindy,
Bill had an awesome sense of humor —except when he was busting my chops. In 2007, Ellen sent out the word that I was in the hospital with a heart attack. Bill called El on her cell; she handed me the phone saying “Here’s your cousin”. I asked, “which cousin?” The next words were a salvo of profanity the likes of which I hadn’t heard— since the last family reunion. Bill learned his sense of humor from Doc, Chuck and several other male Hugenburger outlaws. I miss so much the banter of our tribe’s conclaves.
