Hard to express in words..had a close friendship paused by the Navy and location. After 30 years looked forward to catching up but the few meetings we had were filled with proud stories about his children. God bless you all.

Rusty was a good friend of mine. He helped me get through a lot of hard times when I lived in Indy. He was a good man and I loved him like family. I will miss him very much and I know he’s hitting the road now like he wanted to only a few months ago. You’re finally free Rusty. Hope to see you again someday
