Who would have ever thought after meeting you high-school in home economics class (AKA…home ec) you would fall in love with my bestfriend, marry each other, build a beautiful union together, have two gorgeous kids and most of all… but definitely not last…allow God to save you both and preach his word to all living life. Only God…I’m sooo happy and blessed that I got a chance to be connected to you through my beautiful sisterfriend. I can still hear you saying to me in that class after me telling you my friend liked you…”oh your friend huh…well how she look?” …this makes me chuckle every time. And I remember saying…”she pretty!” You took care of my friend from day one and I admired you for that. A true gentleman! You will be missed but never forgotten! Love your friend and sister in Christ!

My deepest sympathies to the Washington family. I know that your family is experiencing the loss of a dear loved one, so I can’t imagine what you must be going through. Rest assured that Almighty God, Jehovah is a loving God, and is certainly interested in how you’re feeling. In His Word, the Bible, he promises to raise up our dear loved ones through the beautiful hope of a resurrection. (Acts 24:15) May “the God of comfort” give you the strength to get through the days ahead. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4)

Hello Shevetta and family. This is very sad news. I’m very sorry to hear it. I learned of his illness through Ichthys and kept him in my prayers. I have also been on the lookout for updates since I first heard of it.
I hoped that the Lord would be pleased to preserve his life and heal him, but we all know that He is much wiser than we are, and He knows what is best for us, and loves us enough to give it to us.
He is resting from his labors now, and if we fight as we should, and hang on to our faith until the end, we will see him again when our Lord returns with all the saints.
I will pray for you all.

Hello:
I am so sorry to hear of Vau’s passing. I was praying for Vau and following his journey on Ichthys.com
My husband and I are praying the Lord’s peace, hope, and comfort over you and your children.
But just think of stepping on shore-
And finding it Heaven!
Of touching a hand-
And finding it God’s!
Of breathing new air-
And finding it celestial!
Of waking up in glory-
And finding it home!
