Timothy Michael Penwell, 28, Noblesville, IN passed away January 8, 2017. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at White River Church, 1685 N. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060
