Thomas S. Tharp Sr., 60, of Noblesville, passed away on April 6, 2014. Born on October 30, 1953 to William Tharp and Martha Wallen. He was in the United States Army, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors.

Thomas is survived by his children Thomas, Heather, Monica, Reagan, and Carrie; sister Margaret Goodwin; brothers Ed Tharp, Lewis (Renea) Tharp, Ernie (Paula) Tharp, Roger Tharp; Uncle Edgar Plummer Jr., and several grandchildren.  

Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday April 10, 2014 at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, with visitation starting at 1 p.m. Arrangements: Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory.

    Tom was a great guy, he will be missed dearly. Tom taught me how to roller skate, I will never forget that! Prayers to all of his family. I love you all!

    I knew tom for many years we would go skating back in the day he help teach me how to drive never will forget his 63 Chevy he had we had some good times back then but we just drifted apart as many people do he was a great friend to me wish we could have caught up my memories of tom could go on and on.

    We all grew up together in the same neighborhood. Great bunch of kids, will be sadly missed by me and my brother, Keith.

    I also grew up in the same neighborhood with Tom and played baseball together there on the southside of Noblesville. I am saddened to hear of his passing.
