Terry Lee Dile, 64, of Gas City, passed away peacefully at home on January 29, 2017, after a long, hard battle with cancer. God took him to his final resting place, through the pearly gates of Heaven. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a dedicated father, husband, and worker. He retired from UPS Freight in January 2014, after 35 years of service. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and watching sports.

He is survived by: his wife of 10 years, Diana Goble Dile; 1 son, Terry Lee (Mistina) Dile Jr.; 2 stepchildren, Rodney Caldwell and Delia Caldwell; 1 brother, David (Julie) Dile; 5 grandchildren, Kanzas Dile, Terry Lee Dile III, Shayla (Daniel Orona) Caldwell, Austin McNutt and Alyssa (Elijah Scott) Foustnight; 1 great-grandson, Breyson Orona; 2 great-granddaughters, Aleah and Mia Polson; 3 nieces, Alice Ellis, Amanda Dile and Ashley White; and several great-nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at South side Wesleyan church on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm, and on Saturday, February 4 from 11 am until the funeral service time of 12 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care.
