Terrence “Pelle Pelle” Hill

Terrence Javan Hill, 28, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 7, 2017 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on October 5, 1988 in Chicago, Illinois to Darlene Hill. He moved to Indianapolis where he attended Franklin Central High School.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mable Hill, uncles Robert, Bobby, Lawrence and Lee Edward Hill, his aunts Lillie Mae Hill, Ruth Mae Hill, and Barbara, Goodwin as well as cousins Carlotta Hill, Demetrius Goodwin, and Kelvin Crockett. Terrence is survived by his mother Darlene Hill, uncle Ralph Hill, Aunts Rita & Teresa, sisters Vellistia Hill, Brianna Hill, Deonna Hill, and Briana Hill, and his brother Chris Hill. He also has a host of nieces and nephews he loved spending time with: Deshawn Harris, James “Jimmy” Jones Jr., Jeremiah Hill & Vellistia Mormon (Vellistia), Chris “Tubby” Hill Jr & Kaylani Hill (Chris), and Anshawn Mclaren Jr (Deonna). He also leaves to cherish his memory his five children Javon Pepper, Heaven Hughes, Kameron Kurtz, Alicia Whitehead, and Kaylin Beard.

Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting Terrence knew his energy was infectious. You could meet him one day and the next he’d feel like an old friend you’d known for years. When he loved, he loved hard, and he would give you the shirt off his back if it came down to it. Terrence did any and everything for his family. Among other things, Terrence was a self-taught tattoo artist. He had a passion for tattooing that was unmatched and his passion showed through his amazing art. His spirit will live on through the art that he loved so much.

In lieu of a traditional service, a balloon release will be held in honor of Terrence on Friday, April 28th. Details to follow.

Islam, peace be upon you brother. Death is no enemy to man, it is a friend that when the works of life are done simply cuts the cord that binds the human boat to earth so that it may sail on smoother seas. Peace and love. ??
