Ruth M Bondy Bulger, 78, passed away January 14, 2014.
Born and raised in Indianapolis Ruth and was a graduate of Howe High School. After graduation she worked at John Hancock. Ruth spent the majority of her life working alongside her husband, Jack’s real estate appraisal business. Upon his retirement she went to work part time at Nightingale Home Healthcare as a patient liaison. She was active in the Jayncess where she was President u tin the 1950’s. After becoming a mother she became active with her children and their school and sports activities. Ruth was an active member of Christ the King School & Church for several years. She enjoyed vacationing in Michigan and Brown County.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years Jack Bulger, son, Russell Bulger his wife Kristi (Johnson) Bulger; daughter, Jennifer (Bulger) Bury her husband Shane Bury; grandchildren, Kaden & Kyle Bury. Brother, Oliver Bondy and his wife Kathy Bondy, half sister Mary E (Bondy) Deglopper as well as several nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by Father Charles Z Bondy, Mother Alma Mae (Reed) Bondy; brothers Cam Bondy, Carl Bondy, sister Martha Ellen Bondy; half-brothers Charles Bondy, Ottwin Bondy.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis. Donations made be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org
