Russell Junior Pfoutz, 60, passed away on August 21, 2019 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. He was born on April 2, 1959 in Richmond, Indiana to Russell Joseph and Barbara June (Weber) Pfoutz.

Russell graduated from Kokomo High School in 1978 and continued his education at ITT Tech of Indianapolis, graduating in 1982 with an associate degree. He worked most recently for Capstone Logistics of Indianapolis after a long career in construction.

In 1980 Russell married Vicki Lynn Smith, though they later divorced.

Russell is survived by his sons Richard (fiancé Laura), Blake, and Scott Pfoutz, all of Lafayette, IN; grandchildren Wyatt, Madison, Sydney, and Logan Pfoutz of Lafayette, IN and Evan and Tyler Pfoutz of Brookston, IN; brothers Martin (Edna) of New Whiteland IN, Stewart (Vivian) of Indianapolis IN, and Bradley (Vicki) of Lafayette, IN; and many nieces & nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and two sisters Kathie Jane Pfoutz Wyant & Carol Jean Pfoutz Hodge.
