Roxanne J. Apley (Roxie) of Sheridan Indiana passed away in the comfort of her home on February 15th 2018 surrounded by loved ones.
Roxanne was born at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon Indiana on October 18th 1951 to Elmer V. Sneath and Florence B. Montgomery Sneath. She attended Pike High School then went on to graduate cosmetology school. Later life even became a general manager for Taco Bell which she worked really hard at and it was a huge accomplishment for her that she was very proud of.
She is survived by her life partner, Keith Chamblin of Sheridan, Indiana; her daughters, Jennifer O’Connor Ayers of Plainfield, Indiana and Kara Terrell Belcher of Lebanon, Indiana; and stepsons, Al Peterson, Sam Peterson, Terry Chamblin, and Troy Apley; grandchildren, Allen Lee Ayers of Sheridan, Indiana, Makenzie Terrell of Lebanon, Indiana, Kaylee Chaudion of Noblesville, Indiana, and Andrew Chaudion of Noblesville, Indiana. She is also survived by her brother, Gale Sneath of Waveland, Indiana; and sisters, Regina Wilson of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tina Cupp of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Bonnie Sneath of Indianapolis, Indiana; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews. She had many joys in life, mainly her grandchildren. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, horseback riding, playing pool, scary horror movies of any kind, John Wayne movies, gardening, and a true love for Elvis Presley. She was also an amazing cook!
She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Apley, Charlene Chastain Siegel, Gary Abilene, September Show Sneath, Avery Siegel, Keegan Ayers, Mason Ayers, Bonnie Truex, Elmer Sneath, Florence Montgomery Sneath, Gladys Montgomery, Tina Kelshaw, Jo Montgomery.
The visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018, at the American Legion in Zionsville. Funeral services will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Boxley Cemetery in Sheriden, Indiana.
The family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in leu of flowers.

Roxy was a good friend of my mother four decades she was loved and will b missed I know she’s in a better place she is free of pain she always was fair with me and my mom she always treated me with respect. I will miss her cooking and her honesty she always told me the truth even when it hurt she was a rare person ,she will live in my thoughts and prayers we the duckett the dyers and my mom love her

My sister shared memories with me of many good times she shared with Roxy, they are together in heaven probably cooking up great feasts for all their loved ones there!
