51, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at Bloomington Hospital surrounded by family and friends after a courageous 2- year battle with cancer.

Ron was born in Bloomington on November 19, 1963 to Ronald and Linda (Harding) Eads.

He attended Bloomington High School North and married his childhood sweetheart, Tammy Self on August 7, 1982.  He was most recently employed by the City of Bloomington where he worked until his illness progressed.

Ron loved to go Four-wheeling.  He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.  Ron had a sweet spirit and was loved by all he came in contact with.

Ron is survived by his wife, Tammy (Self) Eads, Two daughters, Christina (Jon) Hatt, Heather Eads, one son Ronald Eads III, two grandsons Seth Woodward and Noah Hatt and one grand-daughter Isla Hatt.  His parents Ronald and Linda Eads, four sisters; Ronita (Kevin) Walcott, Ronda Johnson, Ronessa (Mike) Lenning, Ronica (Jason) Walcott all of Bloomington. four brother-in-laws; Butch (Phyllis) Self, Robert Self, Terry (Becky) Self and Mike (Carol) Self.  One Sister-in-law; Brenda (Dan) Thompson and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Marshall and Mildred Eads and Francis and Joann Harding.  Two brothers; Ronson Eads and Rob Covey. Brother-in-law; Marty (Charlie) Johnson.  Sister-in-laws; Lana Tabor and Cleta Hazel. Nieces; Ashley Self and Kristina Self.  Nephews; Jamie Self and Bobby Self.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday November 21, 2015 at Souls Matter Apostolic Church 3372 E. Moffett Lane with Pastor Aaron Strunk officiating.  Visitation will begin 2 hours prior to service. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.
