Roger Hill Buckley, 81, of Indianapolis passed away on October 16, 2018. He was born November 22, 1936 in Evansville, Indiana. Roger was car merchandizing manager for the Ford Motor Company, later becoming new car sales manager, general manager and president of Sharp Ford. He then became president of Deel Ford in Chicago, IL. He served on two honorary committees, the FDA Fund committee and dealer counsel. Later he became general sales manager of Tom Roush Lincoln Mercury. Roger received the Men’s Best Dressed award in 1963 through the Indianapolis Star. He is survived by his daughter Beth (Jeff) Pfister, his grandchildren; Jacob Pfister, Rachel (Cain) Priddy, Leah (Steve) Gotwals and SarahBeth (David) Lynn; his great grandchildren, Anna Priddy and Nathan Lynn. He loved Snoopy and his Cincinnati Reds. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Nadine Buckley, and his wife Hannah Kessing Buckley. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 19th, 2018 at 6 pm with a visitation from 5-6 pm at Common Ground Northeast Church (7440 Hague Rd).
