Robert W. Halcomb, 83, passed away on December 12, 2013. Robert was born to Glen and Cynthia (Ellis) Halcomb on September 20, 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 3:30 pm at Union Chapel Cemetery in Indianapolis.

This is my wonderful grandfather and the best one at that. He was lovong and caring man. He loved Jesus amd would sing everyday. He was healthy and he battled a terrible disease for 10 years.
