He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Peter, and his brother in-law, Forest “Bud” Boswell.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30pm on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Center Cemetery, just north of Young America. The Rev. Jerry Moore will preside. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service, or may leave online condolences at www.indianafuneralcare.com.

What a wonderful human being! We had many non-traditional conversations on the bus, and I appreciate him dearly for those! I am so glad he humored me with an “us-ie” at the fish fry a couple of years ago. I will always cherish it! I recently read about the loss of your dear loved one. Although we are not acquainted personally, please accept my condolences. Losing a dear loved one can leave a very empty space in one’s life. Please find strength, hope, and comfort in the God of Comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).
