Robert E. Darby, 73 of Fishers passed away September 8, 2018.  He was born July 3, 1945 in Jersey City, NJ , son of Stanley and Ann Darby.

He is a graduate of Boston University and New York University.  He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.  He was employed by Indiana Steel and Wire as Chief Financial Officer.

Some of his great loves were playing ping pong, playing the piano, and listening to organ music.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Hughes.  He is survived by his wife, Eleanor, his brother, Stanley (Liz), daughter, April Fawcett, (Bradley), Susan Kerfoot, (Jarod), Son, Robert Darby (Stephanie) and seven grandchildren.  He is loved and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be at Second Presbytarian Church on Tuesday at 11:am with services at 12:30.
