Robert D. McCord, 82, of Indianapolis, died June 15 2014.   He was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School, Wabash College and the Indiana University School of Law.  A partner at the law firm of Ice, Miller, Bob was a lover of sailing and jazz music.  He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Joan McCord Strange.  He is survived by daughters Linda and Carol McCord, and a son, Douglas McCord.  He is also survived by sister Doris Briggs, niece Ellen Sheets, and nephews Ted Briggs, Gary Briggs, David Strange, and Mark Strange.     Memorial donations may be made to the Indianapolis Jazz Club at www.indianapolisjazzclub.com, or the hospice program of Community Home Health at: http://www.ecommunity.com/s/community-home-health/hospice-program.
