Bob will be missed. I had the privilege of being a teammate of his on the 1956 Manual basketball team. And, Bob and I were, also, teammates on the football team that same year. Bob was a true competitor and represented Manual High School and the Southside community as a gentleman and an outstanding student that was loved by his classmates

May God blessings be with Bob’s family, Carl Short

Sorry to hear about your loss Sharon. Bob & I were good friends. Marshal Hurley , Bob and myself used to have some real set-tos. One thing about Bob I always remembered—You didn’t have to worry about where he stood on an issue. He would let you know in a skinny minute. Bless his heart—-Joe Beal

Sharon, I am so sorry to hear that my dear friend Bob has passed away. My prayers are with you in this time of grieving. Bob and I had lots of good times in high school and after. One of my regrets is that I really didn’t get see Bob that often after I moved away in 1978. I am so glad that I got to see him the last time I was in Indianapolis. He will be missed by all who knew him. God Bless you.

    Dear Sharon and Family,
It is with a heavy heart that we sit down to write this condolence in memory of a very special person, Bob Kleppe, my boss, my partner in crime and most of all, my friend. Bob was one of those guys who liked to present a gruff exterior, with a heart of gold underneath. We have missed him & all our Englewood Family & Friends since our retirement in 1979. We have thought of you with the fondest of memories and wished that we could have kept in touch, especially during the last year. Please know that you,Bob, Jr., Bret, & Bart and all the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Blessings,
    Carolyn Miller Family
