Long time Modoc, Indiana resident, Richard M. Myers, (83) passed away Monday, February 29, 2016.

Born 1932, son of Kirby and Flo (Glass) Myers. Served in the U.S. Army and Indiana National Guard. He worked in construction until retirement.   In retirement, he enjoyed being with family, friends, and traveling.

Survived by two sons, Michael H. And R. Matthew Myers.  Two daughters, D. Michelle Myers and Melinda C. (Scott) LeVeque.

Granddaughters; Caroline, Lauren, Brianna, Taylor, Alexis and step grandchildren; Amanda, Lauren, and John; and one great grandchild, Rylynn. One brother, James C. Myers of Hollywood, California.

Preceded in death by wife, Joyce L. ( Ammerman) Myers and nine siblings.
