Richard L. Foster, 73, of Indianapolis passed away on January 7, 2014. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel located at 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the same location on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 1:00 pm with entombment to follow at Oaklawn Memory Gardens.
