Ralph “Mike” Price, 59, Clayton, Indiana, passed away on January 18, 2014. Mike was the Co-owner of The Power Source, LLC in Clayton, Indiana and was employed with Pilkington in Shelbyville, Indiana. He is survived by: wife, Donna Price; children, William Price, Michael Price, Christina Price, and Amanda Carter; grandchildren, Ethan Price, Gage MacPherson and Hannah MacPherson; parents, Mae and Perry Price; sister, Karen McClure. There will be a memorial service held on January 25, 2014 at 4pm at Faith Baptist Church. Address is 11612 State Hwy 243, Cloverdale, Indiana 46120.
