Phyllis Faye Sherrets, 77 of Carmel passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2015

She was born in West Virginia on January 22, 1938 to Delton and Silvia Jones. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Ralph V. Sherrets and her brother Kenneth (Caroline) and sister Dolores. She is survived by her son; Kenton Jones, daughter; Andrea (Michael) Gilbraith, grandchildren; Brian Jones, Brad Jones, Courtney Pinto, Sisters Gertrude (Allen), Carol, and Barbara (Gilbert) , several great-grandchildren and many other family members.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
