
Philip William Sprague, of Indianapolis, passed away June 10, 2015. He was born April 27, 1954 in Augusta, Maine, the son of Charles William Sprague and Pauline Velma West-Goyer. He graduated from Winthrop High School, Winthrop, Maine, in 1974. Philip worked for Encore Shoe in Maine and Riche Diagnostics and Kroger, both in Indianapolis. He loved NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon, Patriots Football, and Boston Red Socks baseball.
He is survived by his wife, Denise; daughter, Amanda Rondeau; sons, Philip Sprague, Jr. and Shane Sprague; step-children, Travis Miller and Chad Gorski; sister, Nancy (Larry) Watkins; brother Timmie (Mary) Sprague; nieces, nephews, and great-niece and great–nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, June 16, 2016 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Moral Township Fire Department, 8333 N. Frontage Road, Fairland, Indiana 46126. He will be buried at a later date at Manchester Forks Cemetery in Manchester, Maine.
