Payoom Roulette, age 77 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 27, 2016.  Payoom was born in Thailand and then in 1976, relocated to the United States with her husband, Frank.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed cooking, gardening, shopping, laughing and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Frank M. Roulette Jr.(Ret. Army), son Frank M. Roulette III(Rebekah), daughter Freida A. McDowell(Ronald), four grand-children, and other loving family members.  Services will be held this Saturday, July 2, 2016, 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (East Hall), 4809 E. Raymond St., Indianapolis, IN, 46203.
