Paula Marie Smith of Indianapolis, passed away May 15, 2016. She was born May 10, 1962 in South Bend, Indiana.

Paula is survived by her husband Willie L Smith and daughter Janelle Smith. She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Nicholson.
