Paula Josepha Oler, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away December 20, 2015. She was born on Vienna, Austria July 23, 1920. At the end of WWII she met and married her husband Robert. As a military family they traveled the world settling in Indianapolis in 1960. Paula was retired from Navel Avionics and was a past member of the Gold Star Wives.

Paula is preceded in death by her husband Robert P. Oler.

She is survived by her daughters Karin Petty, Christine and son-in-law Scott Bockrath; son Paul and daughter-in-law Lori Oler; grandchildren Kyle and Justin Petty, Christopher, Daniel and Bailey Oler, Benjamin and Elizabeth Bockrath; great-grandchildren Zachary and Britney Petty, Olivia and Derek Oler.

There will be a brief service in the Chapel at Calvary Cemetery on Wednesday, December 23 at 10 am.
