Nicole Lyn Seaburn, 41, of Middletown, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 after a 16-month battle with multiple Myeloma.

Nicole was a vibrant and charismatic individual that always had a smile on her face and would do anything for anyone.

She is survived by her children, Dalton, Gabriel, and Ashlynn; and her mother, Susan Clark. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Clark.

A celebration of life will be held from 12-2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene. In lieu of flowers, the family asks friends to donate to a charity of their choice.

Nicole’s family would like to send a special thanks to her aunt and uncle, John and Billie Page, as well as Dr. Reddy and staff at Community Hospital Anderson, and Dr. Abnour at IUSCC.
