Mercedes M. Folker, 98, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 11, 2015.  Mercedes was a reporter and assistant editor for Skyways Magazine during WWII, she was also a member of the Washington Press Club out of Washington D.C.  She is survived by her two sons, Craig and Gary Folker of Indianapolis.  Mercedes funeral will be private.
