Melissa Ann Key-Burkhart, 46, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 14, 2017. She was born on December 22, 1970 to Charlie Key and Linda Coffman in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Melissa is survived by her son, Cotey Chittenden; mother, Linda Coffman; stepmother, Irene Key; grandchildren, Anthony and Miley; sisters, Janet, Shellie, and Patty; and brothers, Charlie “Chuck”, Steve and David. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie and stepfather, Dave Coffman.
A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 17 at One Body Ministries, 3132 Carson Ave, Indianapolis, with fellowship until 8 p.m.

I am so very sorry for the loss of Melissa, for the grieving of her family and friends. We lost touch since high school because well….life took over. I am glad facebook has brought so many people back together. Wish I would have gotten to see or talk to her before now but as I said life takes over. Shellie and Chuck I am so very sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I can’t attend as I live in wisconsin now but next time I am in Indy maybe we will get together…..
