Mary Justine Hearn-Hummer, 99, of Indianapolis passed away on February 9, 2018. Born August 25, 1918 to Eva Lucille and Homer Himes, she was the youngest of six children; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Mary graduated from Tech High School in 3 1/2 years. She married Bob Hearn and had two sons Lloyd Robert and Michael David Hearn. She later remarried and had a daughter Jill Mary Clouse. She is also survived by adopted son Larry James Hearn. Mary has 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Mary worked 36 years for International Paper of California and 10 years from Indianapolis Police Department in the Victim Assistance Program. She loved to pay golf and bowling. She was a member of AMVET’s Ladies Auxiliary and was Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star.
