Martha Rose S. Baum
B: April 2, 1914 in Indianapolis, IN – D:February 26, 2014 in Indianapolis,IN.
Lived in Irvington and attended School #57, Shortridge High School and Butler University.
Member Kappa Alpha Theta.
Worked at Billings General Hospital, Fort Harrison as Public Relations Director during WW II years.
1960’s through 1976 worked for Camp Fire Girls as District Director, Camp Director, Executive Director.
Worked two and a half years with the Indianapolis Public Library.
Mrs. Baum was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar H. Baum and her Daughter Elizabeth (Baum) Simon. She is survived by her son Ronald E. Baum and Granddaughter Samantha Simon.

Ron: Loved your mom bunches. She always had a wonderful laugh and a great outlook on life. I know that she was ready to leave this earth, but she will be missed a lot. I will always remember our adventure to Europe, and how much fun we all had. I wish that I could have seen her one more time, but I know that she knew that I thought about her a lot. Lots of love to you and your family.
