Martha Lucille Howard, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 16, 2014. She was a graduate of Indiana University and the St. Vincent’s School of Nursing. She is survived by her son, Stephen; brothers, John and Davis; her sisters, Ruby, Ruth Ann, and Mildred; and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18. She will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memory Gardens.

What I’ll miss the most about Martha is her belief that our community (Wildwood Homes) could be much more and she did her best to bring it about. You were a wonderful inspiration and example to us all! Godspeed Martha and may He bless and comfort your family at this time.
