Lovely Lynn Kemp, 43, of Noblesville passed away on December 4, 2015. She was born on October 11, 1972 to Ernest Wayne Landis and Glenda Joyce (Thomas) Watkins. She is survived by her husband Randy Ray Kemp and brother Brian Landis. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 13 at Deer Chase, 12190 Whirlaway Drive, Noblesville from 1 to 3 pm. Arrangements: Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory.
