Loretta A. Moses, 80, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away on June 14, 2018. She was born on May 8, 1938 to the late Dale and Willa May (Young) Hasten in Webster, Illinois.
Loretta was involved in her ladies group at New Testament Church of Christ. She also volunteered at several places including her church, library, food pantry, and thrift store. Loretta’s favorite thing to do was tending to her flower garden.
She is survived by her daughters Rebecca (Steven) St. John, Laurie (Char) Bryant; sister Sue Brewer; brother Bob Hasten; Grandchildren Jason Bryant, Christopher (Amanda) Justice, Niki Justice, and Devon Recker; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Larry Moses; brother Frank Hasten; sisters Barbara Mason and Janice Gilchrist, and her parents.
A celebration of life will be from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel, 2433 East Main Street, Greenwood, Indiana 46143. She will be laid to rest at Moss Ridge Cemetery in Carthage, Illinois at a later date.
