Lameka Joyce Specht, 68, passed away July 28, 2019. She was the daughter of Roy and Vera Howell (deceased); sister to Dennis (deceased), Lendil (Beth), Wayne (Deb), John (deceased), Lucky, and Edna (deceased). She graduated from Greenfield Central class of 1969.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Stephen WInter. Together, they had two children, Julie (Sam, deceased), and Stephanie.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Specht. They were married on December 3, 2002. She is also survived by her step-children, Bryan (Lori), Malissa, Susie (John), Sherri (Walter), Billy (Lee), and Ryan (Amber), 19 surviving grand-children (one deceased), 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends she considered family.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
