Kevin L. Wein, 59, of Bargersville, went home to be with Jesus on October 12, 2014. He was born on October 24, 1954 in Beech Grove, the son of John and Patricia Wein. He attended Thomas Carr Howe High School. Kevin worked for Best Lock Corp., as a machinist, for 24 years. He loved going to church and reading his Bible. Kevin also raced bicycles and recorded over thousands of miles of riding. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughter, Brittney; granddaughter, Marley; sisters, Kim Clark, Karen (Tommie) Taylor, Kathy (Kevin) Steele; brother, John (Rachelle) Wein; and niece, Nita Austerman, along with several other family members and special friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, October 17 at Southport Church of the Nazarene, 920 E. Southport Road, Indianapolis. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time. Kevin will be laid to rest at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Martinsville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Wein Family, c/o Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.     My husband was a wonderful husband, my heart, my best friend, a God fearing man, a loving & kind man, he was a very humble man, a thankful & a very appreciative man, a loving & best daddio who loved his daughter & step-daughter with all he had and more, a very proud Pepaw & loved our grand-daughter with all his heart, he loved Christ first & loved to read and study his bible, he loved to ride his bicycle and he used to race them, he enjoyed going for drives in the country, he enjoyed all types of music & loved listening to his music, he loved to talk to people & loved to talk about Jesus & the bible to people, he was a wonderful Uncle and loved his nieces & nephews, He was a great brother & loved his family with all his heart, he enjoyed going places and doing things with me (his wife), he enjoyed getting together with his family & friends and during the Holidays, He enjoyed going to car shows for he loved the old cars, and he enjoyed meeting people. I miss him with all my heart and will always miss him. I will always and forever love him with all my heart. R.I.P. Kevin Wein the love of my life, the joy of my heart, my best friend, my world & means everything to me. You will always be missed until I see you once again when it’s my time to go home to heaven to be with Our Lord Jesus. So long for now my love, so long for now.
