On 12/02/15 the world lost a great man. Keith Olson, retired United Methodist pastor, passed on to the spirit world to join his friends and family. He has left behind a long legacy of love, kindness and peace. He will be missed by many, especially his loving wife of 43 years, Helen, and his daughter and son in law Colleen and Casey and his beautiful granddaughter Delaney Rose., and many relatives that span the world.  He went peacefully in his sleep after a month long struggle with cancer. Per his wishes, there will not be a service, but for you to all remember him as he was and will be.  Keith was 72. He was pastor at 14 different churches during the 43 years with the United Methodist church through out Illinois and Indiana.

The ministry Keith and Helen gave Westminster Village cannot be overstated. The first Sunday of every month was a special time with very special people. The calm and love projected by both was not only felt but carried on throughout the month for those of us lucky enough to have participated in the service. Keith will be sorely missed and Helen, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
