Dear Elaine, I was so sorry to hear about Karen. Unfortunately, I was gone when the obituary was printed in the paper and only saw it after the Celebration of Life for her. I would have been there, to see you and other family members, to catch up with our lives, and to be there for my cousin.
Please feel free to contact me if you see this. cshort1102@iquest.net

I am so sorry I was unaware of Klyde’s passing till now when I received a letter from her sister Elaine in response to the Christmas card I sent her. I’m am heartbroken that I will not be able to see or talk to her in this life again but I am so happy that she came and visited me in Seattle last summer and we got to spend some time together. I will never forget the drive we took in the moving truck from Johns home in sunny Tampa to snowy Indianapolis or her apartment in Los Angeles or the time we hiked up to the Hollywood sign to let go of Johns ashes. We did have some funny memorable times in our lives together. I will cherish the fabulous jewelry pieces I have made by her and will think of her every time I look at the 2 beautiful paintings I have hanging in my living room done by Klyde.
I am sure she is in Heaven now with John having a wonderful time and I hope they both meet me when my time is up here on earth because we will have alot of time catching up.
