Judy….
I will miss you so much. I like to think we were closer than sisters. We always had so much fun. Didn’t matter where we went or what we did. We always enjoyed it. Funny thing is we always ended up at Wal-Mart and we would laugh about it

Judy & I were friends for only 16 years but she became a sister to me. We had so many great times together with the Perky Red Hatters. She was one of the founders!! We went on trips, overnight fun, Vegas, New York, IL (her family), Branson, & had birthday parties, teas & just parties.. We did not need anything to laugh about because all we needed was each other!! I will miss her everyday but Judy we will keep ur seat at our table & you will never be forgotten. RIP my friend & keep me from doing all these crazy things…I will always carry our friendship in my heart!!💕💕👀👀👣👣I Love you!!

I have so many memories of Judy and Jo. They were the cousins that were old enough to babysit me and my siblings. Then when I became a teen I did a lot of babysitting for Judy’s children. Had a lot of good times at the Dugan house!

We will miss you here…but know that we will all be together again. You left us in good hands to watch over us all– and we will check in more with her too cause we know how important your Twin Jo is to you. Tammy, Donnie and family – our prayer for peace and comfort during this time. The loss of a parent will leave a hole that can not be mended. Pain will lessen in time but you will always find a time you will need to talk Judy. Hold dear to the memories and her smile. RIP Judy, you will be missed. Tracy and Carol

Bill, Dawn and Tammy- My deepest sympathies go to you and your families! It is so hard to lose a Mom! I know that Aunt Judy is enjoying that Dugan Family reunion in the sky right now! I am sure there are many laughs (we were very good at that whenever we got together), I’m sure there is great food and drinks ( we are also very good at that), and I am sure that there are a couple middle fingers popping up at that family reunion in the sky; Uncle Bro and Uncle Jerry were VERY good at that!!☺
I told Aunt Jo that is was now up to her to finish raising us kids (cousins) to the standards of a Dugan! I have no doubts that she is up for that challenge! ☺
Remember, whenever you see a Butterfly, whisper ” I love you” ; the butterfly will deliver your message to heaven! I do that often…Love you all!
