Judith Ann Smith, born August 9, 1939 in Terre Haute, IN passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 in Greenfield, IN.

Judy is proceeded in death by her husband Jack L Smith, Richmond, IN and parents Jack and Pauline (Crews) Kirkham of Terre Haute and sister Carolyn Kirkham Terre Haute.

Judy married Jack L Smith on July 19, 1958; they had three children: Cristina Matlock (Greenfield, IN), Douglas & Denise Smith (Greenfield, IN), and Cristopher & Missy Smith (Dublin, OH).  Judy had five grandchildren: Brittany Smith, Evan Matlock, Kristin Smith, Christian Smith, and Peyton Smith.  Also, three great grandchildren: Dillon, Sophie, and Benson.

Judy was a homemaker for majority of her life.  She also worked at NCR in Indianapolis, IN and Wendy’s International in Dublin, Ohio.

A private memorial service will be held Saturday, April 28 in Richmond, IN.
