Jim Limp says
I volunteered with Joe at the SCORE Organization for nearly 20 years. He was such a hard worker, he held several SCORE Offices and was responsible for training new SCORE members for nearly 10 years. Joe carried out all of these assignments in an outstanding manner. I have very good memories of all of my associations with Joe.
His family has our sympathy.
