Kathy and Kelly, Zack, Rob and all of Joel’s other family and friends..I’d like to share one of the greatest promises that our Lord has made to His people who are mourning……..We greatly miss the friendship and comfort of those who have gone ahead of us to Heaven. But thanks be to God that our sorrow need not be the crushing despair of many who don’t know Christ. We know we have a champion in heaven (WHO HAS CONQUERED DEATH.) So therefore we know FOR SURE that our dear ones are also living there with Him. One day there will be a celebration unlike any before. We will be reunited with all we love when Christ brings them from heaven.
Unfortunately.. I never got the pleasure of meeting Joel but I know that he was a great and caring man with a heart of gold. I’m certain that he will be deeply missed and all who loved and knew him will have to somehow pick up the pieces and go on without him being here on this earth anymore……….BUT for Joel,,, ” he has just begun to live his Best life now” in God’s perfect and everlasting kingdom where there is NO MORE sickness, sorrow, sadness or death. How awsome that will be!
