
Joanna “Jodie” Marie Beaumont, 65, of Indianapolis passed away at 9:15am on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Westside Garden Plaza.
Jodie was born on May 4, 1949, to Clyde T. Fulton Jr. and Lola Marie Fulton.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 500 and was past president of the Women’s Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge. While she was a full time homemaker, she held several part time jobs and obtained her certification as a medical assistant.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed decorating cakes, playing bingo and loved to dance.
Jodie is survived by her mother, Lola M. Fulton; brother, Clyde T. “Tom” Fulton III; daughter, Andrea Galvan and husband, James; son, Matthew Beaumont and wife, Melissa; grandchildren Isaac and Abby Beaumont; Nicholas, Brandon, Kimiko, Victoria and Timothy Galvan. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde T. Fulton Jr. and her sister, Diane K. Cloud.
Visitation is planned for Wednesday, December 3, from 1:00pm-3:00pm with service beginning at 3:00pm at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory Harry W. Moore Chapel located at 8151 Allisonville Road.
