Jessica L Carte, 34, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 1, 2017. She was born on April 15, 1983 to Mark and Becky Carte.
Jessica was a joy to be around. She was intelligent and fun-loving. She enjoyed hanging out with close friends, loving on her cats, and music. Jessica attended St. Simon the Apostle School for elementary and went on to graduate from Father Thomas Scecina Memorial High School, where she made life-long friendships within the East Indianapolis Catholic Community.  Post-graduation, Jessica found her way in the medical field and enjoyed serving her clients at various locations throughout Indianapolis.
To her family and friends, Jessica will be remembered for her smile, laugh, and caring heart. Jessica is deeply loved and missed by her Father and Mother, Mark and Becky Carte, her brother Nick Carte; her aunts Gretchen Litton and Candy Ross-Basket; and her uncles, Dave Horton and Ed Davis. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward Horton, Helen Horton, Robert D Carte, and Avis N Carte.
Visitation will be held Tuesday June 13, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, with funeral services on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for Jessica Carte to Indiana Funeral Care.
