Jerry Earl Baker, 75, of Indianapolis passed away on June 2, 2018. He was born on February 15, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Kenneth James and Charlotte Ruth (Barnes) Baker.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis.
