
Jay-Dee-Turtle-Hall-“Dizzle”, 45, Indianapolis, IN passed away November 17, 2015.
She is survived by her children James Hall and Felicia Madison, partner; Melvin Hare, her mother; Barbara Miller, siblings; Liz Jarvis, Patricia Epperly, Fieame Latta, Charles Taylor IV, and Karl Taylor. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, and 10 nieces and nephews.
Out of respect and request of JD there will be no services.
