Janice E. Blink, 76, Westfield, IN passed away August 7, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Carter and Grace Winn, and daughter; Debra Blink.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years in October, Donald Blink, daughters; Donell Elsner (Larry) of Martinsville, IN and Deanne Black (Tony) of Muncie, IN, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sisters; Suzanne and Gail, brothers; Carter and Charles, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Janice was employed with Ball State University for 12 years in the registrar’s office and the teacher’s college. She was the founder and counselor for the Moses Project Adoption Ministries.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at The Radiant Christian Life Church, 16162 Carey Road, Westfield, IN.
