Although it was more convenient for Lorraine in her later years to attend other churches her membership and heart stayed rooted in St. Paul AME Church where she was very active in Jr. church (as a child) Sunday School, Choirs, St. Paul Aides and The Stewardness Board. She loved her Lord, her church and her family. Her God given talent was writing poetry which she left as a legacy for her love ones to cherish. She will be greatly missed by family and friends, but especially by her devoted granddaughter La’keia “Lady” who felt the sun rose and set on her grandma.
